Cool Tech School

Welcome to CoolTechSchool.com, your source for learning how

to integrate cool, beneficial video game technology into your

school’s PE and Music classes.

Here you can read The Day PE was Extra Cool, a true story

about Dance Dance Revolution in a public elementary school.

And you can read our free step-by-step information guides to learn:

· what equipment you will need to include DDR in your
PE classes or Karaoke Revolution in your Music classes

· how much the equipment costs and where to find it

· how to set everything up (particularly helpful for teachers)

· how to use these beneficial games effectively as part of your PE/Health and
Music Education curricula.

Many school districts across the country have discovered the wonderful benefits of including DDR in their PE curriculum, but struggle with exactly how to get the most out of the game for students, especially in a large class setting. After four years of effectively incorporating DDR into our school’s PE classes, we’ve developed and refined a methodology which makes DDR in PE extra cool.

We’ve extended our investment in our PS2 by incorporating Karaoke Revolution into Music classes. With this game, students may graphically view where their pitch is in relation to where it should be. Karaoke Revolution is a wonderful and fun pitch training tool, and it’s extra cool too.
